• Go to your arma3profile (often named Server.Arma3Profile) or difficulty configuration file.

  • Locate thirdPersonView=1; (1=enabled, 0=disabled).

  • Save changes and restart the server.

  • If forcing a custom difficulty, set forcedDifficulty = "Custom"; in server.cfg and confirm your difficulty file also has the desired third-person setting.
