• By default, CoD4 doesn’t support bots in multiplayer. However, community mods (e.g., PeZBOT) allow basic AI players.

  • Download and install the PeZBOT mod into mods/pezbot.

  • Configure the PeZBOT settings in the mod’s config (e.g., pezbot.cfg) to set the number of bots, difficulty, etc.

  • Add +set fs_game mods/pezbot to your server’s command line.

  • Restart, and bots should join the server automatically if configured.
