• Locate your serverDZ.cfg file (often found in the File Manager or by clicking Configuration Files in TCAdmin).

  • Edit the following parameters:

    • hostname = "Your Server Name";

    • password = "YourChosenPassword";

    • serverDescription = "Short server description…";

  • Save your changes, then restart the server for them to take effect.

  • This helps your server stand out in the DayZ in-game browser, and setting a password can ensure only invited players can join.
