• In serverDZ.cfg, look for or add parameters for the Message of the Day (MOTD):

    • motd[] = {"Welcome to our DayZ Server!", "Follow the rules!", "..."};

    • motdInterval = 5; (sets the time between messages in minutes).

  • Insert each line of your rules or welcome message as a separate string.

  • Save and restart your server.
