In the File Manager section of TCAdmin, locate ShooterGame\Saved\SavedArks (or a similarly named folder). Delete or rename your current map save (e.g., TheIsland.ark). After that, restart the server. ARK will generate a fresh world automatically. Remember to back up your original files if you might want to restore them later.
