• In the TCAdmin 2 control panel for your Garry’s Mod service on Twisted Servers, locate the File Manager (or the Configuration Files section).

  • Edit garrysmod/cfg/server.cfg.

  • Change the hostname value (e.g., hostname "My Awesome GMod Server").

  • Adjust other settings such as sv_password (if you want a private server) and sv_lan (should remain 0 for an online server).

  • Save the file, then restart your server to apply the changes.
