While modding remains supported, ARK: Survival Ascended uses a new and improved dev kit for UE5. Existing mods from ARK: Survival Evolved may or may not be fully compatible at launch—mod creators often need to update them. You can still install mods by adding their Mod IDs to ActiveMods in GameUserSettings.ini or using any mod management tools provided by Twisted Servers. Ensure that the mods you install are specifically updated or confirmed to work with Survival Ascended.
