• For friendly-fire, set mp_friendlyfire 1 in your server.cfg.

  • For Realism mode, ensure sv_gametype "realism" or z_difficulty "Impossible" (Expert) if you want maximum difficulty.

  • Save changes and restart or change the map to refresh the game mode.
