In the Twisted Servers TCAdmin File Manager, navigate to the ShooterGame\Saved\SavedArks (or the equivalent folder name if it differs slightly for Survival Ascended). Delete or rename the map save (e.g., TheIsland.ark) to clear the current world. When you restart your server, a new map file is generated automatically. Always back up your files if you might want to restore them later.
